But it can be hard to find the time and focus to develop your skills as you deal with the urgent day to day needs of your team and project delivery. My coaching helps address these issues and is ideal for those new to a leadership role or looking to take their skills to the next level.

One to one video sessions for holistic leadership advice now you have mastered executional design. I provide a wise sounding board to help you look at things objectively and find the path right for you based on your skillset and challenges.

Whilst the sessions can be purchased individually it is recommended that these are in the context of a 4-6 session programme. Where we move from discussing your back ground and identify issues and opportunities. Then dig into and explore relevant issues and areas before building a plan of action to apply in your work.
